Back up files before changing your website, DNS or databases. Do not send passwords through general contact forms.

Report an issueSign in to the control panel, select the domain, open File Manager and upload to that domain’s public_html directory. Check the entry file (index.html or index.php) and test the domain. Back up an existing website before replacing files.
Open the domain database manager, create a database and user, choose a strong password and configure the website. Import through phpMyAdmin after exporting any existing database.
Select the domain, open Email Accounts, create the mailbox and allocate storage. Use the full email address as the username. Configure IMAP/POP3 and SMTP with the server settings from your activation email, enable SSL/TLS and test webmail before adding Outlook or a phone.
Check the assigned nameservers before updating them at the registrar. Before changing A, CNAME or MX records, save the current values and verify the target. DNS propagation takes time; avoid changing multiple independent settings at once.
Use Backup / Restore in the control panel and select files, databases or email as required. Download a copy outside the server. Before restoring, verify the domain, backup date and effect on newer data. Ask the team if you are unsure.
Use the website installer in the control panel, choose the domain and installation path and ensure it does not overwrite an existing website. Set a secure administrator login. Keep themes and plugins updated and test compatibility before changing PHP.
